When do you make shipppings?
Orders are usually shipped out once or twice a week depending on demand. Normally, the time I receive an order, I ship it within 24 to 48 hours.
How long does it take the parcels once they have been sent?
Depending on where the package is sent, it could take more or less time.
· For national shipments:
3 to 4 days or 5 days at most
· For international shipments:
It usually takes 2 weeks approximately
Important information
· Because of COVID-19 situation, orders can be delayed more than normal.
· Every single shipping will be certified, you will be assigned a tracking number that I will send to your mail so that you can see in every moment where your order is.
· In case you want your order by ordinary shipping (with no tracking number) you can write me an email at hello.raquelsarabia@gmail.com . You can ask me what kind of product you want including your name and address.
· I am not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged. All items are quality checked and protected before they are packed up and sent out, so that they can’t be damaged as much as possible. So in the event that an item is damaged or lost in transit, please contact your mail carrier (always with your tracking number).
· All your shipments are totally protected by:
- 3mm grey cardboard
- Plastic envelope
- Wrapped in silk paper
- Keep in padding envelopes so that your orders can always arrive in perfect conditions
Even so, every single order I have made at the moment arrived safely and in perfect conditions because I am very concerned that everything arrives to you without damages, taking care of every detail.

Return & Exchange Policy
If you want to return an item you can get in touch with me by mail at hello.raquelsarabia@gmail.com. Returns can be applied only on stationary, prints and accessories, but not for pets portrait commissions (because of being personalize orders)
Returns for stationary products and accessories: I will always refund the item itself upon receipt, provided it is returned unused. You have 15 days to make the return. Unfortunately, I can't cover the postage costs.
Privacy and security
All your data will be automatically eliminated once the shipment is sent. Bigcartel counts with SSL certificates so that all your data is protected and eliminated systematically after shipping.
